Simplified logistics model and its application in process simulation

In order to solve the problem of complex calculation logistics value in process simulation, based on parameter characteristics ASPEN PLUS, a simplified model is proposed. The comparison with exercom shows that error results this paper less than 1%, which verifies correctness model. flow provides convenience for simulation software PLUS analyze process. Based and ?fuel cost? thermal economics, coal-fired boiler domestic unit analyzed. show heat loss mainly occurs coal decomposition combustion, followed by exchange between flue gas main surface. overall efficiency 46.4%.
